Designed for small groups of individuals who are interested in a challenging, intense, yet fun workout. Where the participants benefit from the group dynamics of team encouragement and competition to drive them to their next fitness level.
The location of the Boot Camp could be either outdoors or indoors depending on the needs of the group.

Boxing has become a popular workout to improve physical fitness through cardiovascular and strength training. Along with learning fundamental boxing skills, we will incorporate running and skipping to improve stamina and help with weight management, along with foot work and punch training with the use of pads or a heavy bag.
Boxing training session stimulates all muscle groups, and provides the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The boxing training session improves every type of physical fitness: strength, power, coordination, aerobic fitness and endurance.
This is a great workout to begin to learn the sport and become physically fit while having fun working out some aggression and stress.

Our program is designed to help older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.
We will work with the Activity Director and/or Residents at your living facility to design a program to meet all your fitness needs.
• Focus on increasing overall Muscular Strength, Range of Movement and Cardio Fitness.
• Using hand held weights, toning bands and resistance balls to achieve results.
• A chair can be incorporated for seated and/or standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
